Minh Collins

Minh Collins embarked on his filmmaking journey in 1997 with the independent feature film "Sparkler," a pivotal experience that led him to transition from the medical field to the entertainment industry. Embracing this new path wholeheartedly, Minh has since crafted an impressive portfolio of projects that underscore his versatility and talent.
In 2021, Minh directed the sports action-drama feature film "Qualifying" for Nu Boyana Studios & Millennium Media, followed by his writing and directing of the horror feature film "Clown Fear" for Lionsgate in 2020. In 2019, he helmed the powerful documentary "Rocking the Couch," shedding light on the issue of sexual harassment in Hollywood.
Among his directorial achievements is the 2011 dark-romantic comedy feature film "Hit List," boasting a stellar cast including Joey Lawrence, Shirly Brener, Andrea Evans, Chris Owen, Curtis Armstrong, and Laura Wiggins. This internationally distributed film marked a significant milestone in Minh's career. Additionally, Minh directed two television pilots, "Bottom Feeders" and "Venice Beach Sushi," with the former earning the prestigious Aloha Accolade Award for Excellence in Filmmaking at the 2009 Honolulu International Film Festival.
As the CEO of OIC Productions, LLC, Minh is currently attached to direct a slate of compelling films including "Asphalt Jungle," "In a World of Blue," “Striker” and "Skincrawler". Beyond his directorial pursuits, Mr. Collins is the visionary founder of the Hollywood Florida Film Festival, further cementing his dedication to championing independent filmmaking.
Notable highlights of Minh's career also include his role as a producer for several high-profile commercials, endorsing brands such as Budweiser, Chevy, Doritos, and Li Ning. With an unwavering commitment to storytelling and a knack for bringing diverse narratives to life, Minh Collins continues to leave an indelible mark on the world of cinema.

Simona Loredana Muresan

Simona Muresan was born in Romania and currently resides in Hallandale Beach, Florida. Ms. Muresan has been working as a producer in the entertainment industry since 2011. Her passion for the arts has propelled her work as a producer in her latest project “Clown Fear” and is currently in preproduction of a new film named “Asphalt Jungle”. In 2011, she joined Jane Kelly’s class, The Actors Workshop of South Florida, studying acting and improv. Back in Romania, Simona attended the MTV and Tv Talent masterclass in TV hosting and news reporter. Her motto is “If you can dream it, you can have it”. Graduating at the top of her class with a Masters in Finances at the West University of Timisoara, Simona pursued her career in economics, becoming one of the key executives for H&M Development LLC, a notable real estate company in Miami.In addition to her professional success, she is proficient in five languages (Romanian, English, French, Spanish and Italian) and she won the Silver Medal at the Romanian National Chess Tournaments in 1997 and 2003. Relocating to US, Simona joined the United States Chess Federation as well, winning several notable trophies throughout the country.

Ly White is a multifaceted talent in the fashion industry, excelling as both a runway model and an accomplished fashion show coordinator. Her notable appearances include gracing the runways of the prestigious LA Fashion Show in September 2023 and March 2024.
What sets Ly apart is her remarkable ability to seamlessly transition between being in front of the camera as a model and behind the scenes as an event organizer. She effortlessly combines her captivating on-camera presence with exceptional organizational skills, making her a true powerhouse in the industry.
In addition to her success on the runway, Ly has also made her mark as an event coordinator. She took on the role of coordinating the highly acclaimed LA Fashion Show in March 2024 with finesse, showcasing her leadership and management abilities. Furthermore, she has lent her expertise to Fashion Night LA and served as the program director for The Hollywood Florida Film Festival, further solidifying her reputation as a respected figure in the fashion and entertainment world.

Shannon Harvey is an attorney and a modern media personality and brings extensive legal experience to HFFF. Since graduating from University of Miami School of Law with honors, she has served as In-House Counsel to various companies and subsequently opened her own law practice. Her office has served as Private Counsel for the United States Dept of Justice, Civil Division, Southern District of Florida.

As the creator and host of Legal Fox TV™, a multi-award-winning web series, she highlights entertaining legal cases or information with a unique, provocative twist. The fun, light-hearted videos enable people who may not have otherwise been interested in learning about the law to gain knowledge and a smile.
